de Leeuw Brewing

de Leeuw Brewing originated as an identity project of sorts in which i combined two words that were unique to my identity. I ultimately combined 'Dutch' and 'Excellence'— heavily referring to my Opa (my Dutch grandfather). Being a first-generation immigrant, this beer represents his Dutch pride, incredible work ethic and precise crafstmanship as he worked as a carpenter for his adult life.
